Violight Toothbrush Sanitizer Review and Giveaway!

I can remember taking microbiology in college and being completely grossed out and forever changed by one of the experiments that we did on a toothbrush. I was completely shocked at the amount of bacteria that was collected off of something that we put into our mouths!

Violight makes a variety of products including toothbrush sanitizers that use a Germicidal Ultraviolet light to eliminate 99.9% of germs including strep, e-coli. and H1N1 living on your toothbrush. 

Violight Toothbrush Sanitizers recently sent me their signature item, The Original Violight Toothbrush Sanitizer. As soon as I received the item I opened it up ready to sanitize my toothbrush.

 It took me about 3 minutes to take everything out of the box and set it up. It was super easy to put everything together.

The award winning countertop toothbrush sanitizer and storage system will sanitize up to 4 toothbrushes at a time. Each toothbrush is separated preventing cross-contamination of everyone’s brush.

The germicidal UV bulb that is included with the Violight lasts over 2000 hours and only needs replacing every 1-2 years, depending on use. The removable drip tray that surrounds the bulb comes off very easily for super easy cleaing.

The back of the Violight has a place to connect your plug to an outlet. The cord is long enough to reach an outlet but not too long that it is in the way.

When your ready to sanitize your toothbrushes you just simply press the blue button on the front and the UV light comes on sanitizing your toothbrushes in only 10 minutes. The Violight automatically shuts off when it is done.
