Novica Unique and Handcrafted Jewelry and Gifts Review and Giveaway!

One of my favorite parts about going on vacation out of the country is being able to shop for the most well-crafted unique gifts that can be hard to find here in the US. I haven’t been to that many places but I have often wondered what types of things that different markets around the world are selling.

Novica is an online store that gives artists and artisans around the world a place to showcase and sell their products. This is also a place where consumers like myself can go purchase these unique hard to find items without having to travel around the world to find them. I was very pleased to get the chance to choose an item to review from Novica. They have so many different products from sterling silver jewelry to home decor.

After browsing around for awhile I feel in love with these Mystic Solo Smoky quartz dangle earrings.

Smoky quartz droplets glisten from luminous halos in a design by Thailand’s Khun Boom. The earrings are crafted with sterling silver featuring a textured finish.

Normally when I receive jewelry that comes in a box, it’s just a plain white box so it gets thrown away. But these earrings came in the most unique box I have seen. I just loved the extra touch that is added with these earrings and it makes you appreciate the thought and hard-work that went into making this piece of jewelry. The box also included a artisan story card which was a very nice touch.

The earrings are just beautiful and stunning. Not only could you wear these earrings with a nice evening dress but you could wear them with a pair of jeans and t-shirt and they would look just as good. These earrings are also very good quality and I can tell that they are going to last a long time unlike some of my other earrings that broke after wearing them a few times.

Novica is a fantastic online store and perfect for someone wanting to not only purchase unique, handmade items and green gifts but also to support artists and artisans from all over the world. I will warn you though, that your order is going to take longer to get simply because it is being shipped from overseas but they do have several shipping options if you want to get yours faster than the standard option.
