Hi! My name is Mellisa and I am 30 years old. I am married to my highschool sweetheart, and we have been married for 10 years!!! We have two of the most awesome kids ever and we truely are a blessed family. Jeremy is 6 and is all boy! He loves to draw things, lego’s and just about anything else that comes his way. Since an early age he has always loved to help me in the kitchen too, he is my little chef.

Aubrey is 3 and is crazy about her brother. She wants to do everything that he does and has now inherited the nickname “Metoo” because  every time we are going to do something she says “me too”! Aubrey loves to be just like her mommy and I will often catch her sneaking in my purse and putting on my lip gloss. She also loves her baby dolls and books.

 I worked for seven years in the neonatal intensive care unit for a local hospital. At the end of last year I decided that it would be best for my family if I stayed home with them full time. This has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
One of the best things I loved about being a nurse was being able to help people and teach them different things. This blog started out as a way for me to share my ideas with people and it has been a great outlet of me. I appreciate you visiting and I hope that you enjoy Fun Saving Money!
